Mentor 3 final showdown @ Trade Fair Centre

LisaThe Ghana International Trade Fair Center would host the finals of Mentor 3 after the two popular venues for programs of such high magnitude eluded the organizers.

The Trade Fair Center became the obvious choice for the 5th August showdown when the management of the Accra International Conference Center (AICC) came out with flimsy excuses to deny the finals been hosted in an enclosed environment.

Though some staff of TV3 smells a rat at the sudden change of mind of the management of AICC the finals promises to be more grueling and exciting.

With the return of Erico from his holiday trip and the question and answer time last Sunday at Studio B; the finals promises to be one of the most highly attended Mentor final considering the venue and the ongoing Grand Sales 2007.

When the finalists were asked about their readiness for the finals they are sounded well prepared for the battle on Sunday.

Faya and Paul looked more composed with Ras Lisa wearing a smile signifying her desire to cause an upset and make a name for a herself.

In the history of the Mentor series no lady has annexed the crown before and a funny rumor which was been peddled after Mentor 2 was that anybody who wants to become a Mentor winner must bear the name Prince.

But this rumor was quashed when none of the 12 contestants for Mentor 3 bore that name.

Paul, Faya, Erico and Lisa have all come a long way and anyone who runs award with the crown truly deserves it.

Mentor 3 unlike its predecessors wasn’t able to attract much attention and public acceptance from the very beginning but it was able to send the Mentor fever among the general public and Mentor fans alike week after week and it is no doubt that come the 5th of August the Trade Fair Center would be set on fire.

The night promises to be full of surprises and thrills as both Mentor 1 and 2 stars are expected to pass through to perform their own respective songs.

Other big names in the Ghanaian music industry would also pass through but the organizers have decided to keep their names to their chest for sometime until the day itself.

The final four for Mentor 3 can be said to be the big winners since the inception of the Mentor Reality Show.

The first price winner takes home a whooping 100 million cedis or GHC 10,000 with the second placed winner taking home 30 million cedis whilst the third and fourth takes home 20 million and 30 million cedis respectively.

The finalists as usual would receive souvenirs and hampers from the sponsors.

Mentor 3 was proudly sponsored by Tigo, Westec Security, Holy Trinity Health and Beauty Farm, Mobile Water, Vita Milk with Weekly Fylla and Jive as the Media Partners.
