Organizers of Africa’s biggest DJ Festival, Merqury Republic, have dedicated the 2019 Ghana DJ Awards to the late DJ Seihor.

The news was announced in a message of condolence signed by founder of Ghana DJ Awards and C.E.O of Merqury Republic, Merqury Quaye.

The gesture is in honour of the versatile disc jockey who met his untimely death on Monday, November 4, 2019.

Merqury Republic acknowledged DJ Seihor’s contribution to the promotion of Ghanaian music at his events.

The DJ became the talk of town after winning the keenly contested ‘Battle of our Time’ at the 2019 Ghana DJ Awards held at the Accra International Conference Center.

Merqury Republic commiserates with the family, friends and fans of DJ Seihor.

The 7th Annual Ghana DJ Awards was sponsored by Special Energy Drink, LG Xboom, BrainWise Omega 3, Kpoo Keke, Melcom and Zaara 24/7 Boutique.

The celebration was under the theme ‘Party In Ghana’.
