Wilhelmina Abu-Andani known is show biz as MIMI aka Divalish, wants to become the biggest female performer in Africa. MIMI as she is affectionately called is due to release her newest single KISS ‘N’ TELL.

KISS N TELL as she puts it is a Hip-Life song which is about people who kiss and tell. Well, MIMI describes her KISS N TELL as she puts it as not being gentlemanly or ladylike about individual privacies in relationship, flings, one night stands marriage etc. In other words people especially men should shuusshhhhh!!!! About their privacies and whatever goes on. She finally said “we don’t wanna know”

This song she said was inspired by a sad story of her very good friend who fell in love with a gentleman whom she thought her world revolved around only to find out later that there was no such word as PRIVACY in their relationship of one year. He blatantly and consistently discussed their sexual affairs with his friends hence KISS N TELL.

Born in Kumasi to Mr. Richard Abu-Andani and Mrs. Jane Abu, hails from the northern region (tamale) and speaks 6 languages including English, Hausa and Spanish. She also speaks her native dialect Dabgani plus other Ghanaian dialects such as Dagaare, Twi and Fante

She had her primary and junior high education at Holy Spirit School in Kumasi where she was the school prefect, then to Aburi Girls’ Secondary School, University of Cape Coast where she studied Chemistry and University of Alicante (Spain) where she studied Public Relation and Spanish Studies.

Mimi who started singing in church at a very tender age has hobbies like reading, kissing, watch reality shows and surfing the net and is currently on Movingui Records and Paradise Entertainment, the premier management team.

She has an album to her credit which she titled MUSIC IN ME which was released in 2009. Her message to her fans is that “education is the key to success and indeed illiteracy is an incurable disease. Study hard and keep your head up. Also for someone to believe in you, you must believe in yourself first .I love you all and thanks for your support. Enjoy KISS N TELL.
