“My African Union, My Voice” campaign music video released

The official video of the song titled “Be the Voice-Oseey yee” that will help to promote the “My African Union, My Voice” campaign has been released by the Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG).

“My African Union, My Voice” campaign was launched on March 13, 2015 at the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Accra and it forms part of the activities of the State of the Union (SoTU).

Okyeame Kwame who was appointed as the African Union ambassador for the campaign tasked the media and all stakeholders to treat the video of the song with ‘butter fingers’ and push it to everyone.

The music video conveys the message that “Africans should let their voice be heard and bring a change”.

“Be the Voice” music video showcases different flags representing the various African countries which help to portray the true unity, love and peace that should exist among them.

Gyedu-blay Ambolley, Amandzeba, Efya, Wiyaala Noella, Sherifa Gunu, Tijani, Nana Ama McBrown, Okyeame Kwame and Patrick R. Okine featured in the video.
