Music maestro Kojo Antwi has stressed that his new single “Supremo” is not directed at Kwabena Kwabena or any musician for that matter.

Speaking with Miriam on the Urban Blend on 3FM 92.7, Kojo Antwi said he wasn’t taking a swipe at any musician in his song “Supremo”, but rather, the lyrics is an illustration of his creative and dynamic nature at a musician.

“Not at all, I don’t write songs targeting people, I will never do that,” he pointed out.

The song which was released online Thursday contains lines like “Wu pe me ahwe asi nansu maye Nhyira, Wu hu hu nye me hu, nie nyame ahyira nu na wa hyira nu, fre mi Supremo, im the Supremo, king of love songs, they can’t get me out of the race, I can do it better, I'm the toughest.”

It has been speculated that the wording in the song is directed at colleague hilife singer Kwabena Kwabena. However, the music legend refutes that claim and says the song rather encourages Ghanaian men to be more romantically expressive.
