He didn’t like the idea because I still had a year to serve on my contract which ends in the middle of next year”.
“I told him I want to be free and run my own stuff. There was a little misunderstanding, thanks to the MUSIGA President, Alhaji Sidiku Buari, who interfered and we solved this amicably. I must say it has paid off since I left because I have managed to record my own album and as you can see I am putting final touches to my new video”.

Mzbel choreographs all her dance movements and costumes and she is so proud of her girls saying; they have stood by my side through think and thin I hope the family becomes even bigger and gets better. There are so many girls out there who always call to be included in the team but for now I am taking things slowly now, who knows I might come with something on that.
On her private life and how she has managed her ordeal at the hands of the armed robbers some months back; she jumped to say that; ‘ I was so free and naïve back then so everybody could take advantage of me but I have learnt my lessons and I now have a bodyguard and a PRO. To put an end to everything and lead a simple life I have decided to end my music career some few months after this album is launched and get married as soon as possible”.
