The electoral commissioner is yet to declare winner for the 2016 general election but some followers of the National Democratic Congress, NDC has conceded defeat.

One of such people is movie producer and entertainment critic Michael Kwaku Ola who switched camp from NPP to NDC ahead of this year’s polls.

Ola who was active in NDC’s 2016 campaign on Facebook early Friday morning congratulated Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for winning the 2016 election even though the electoral commission has not declared him winner.

The former FIPAG PRO stated clearly that NDC has lost the election and they have accepted defeat.

“Congratulations to npp and Nana Addo.
You have fought a good fight.
We will come back again.

May the Lord give u strength to rule this country but know that we r now the watchdogs of the country’s democracy.
God bless our homeland Ghana.
We knew it was gonna be tough cus of the eight years circle.but we needed to fight.
It’s all over.

We have lost and accept defeat now.

Shamefully but gallantly, for the peace of our beloved country.
Long live our homeland Ghana”
