After the release of 'Praise', Nenesenor has been on the rise since. The admirable hip-hop/afrobeats artist who also doubles as an Actor, is working assiduously to make an impact in the entertainment fraternity.

After barely a month of making his presence felt in the music circles with his powerful hip-hop/trap song, 'Praise', featuring one of Ghana's golden musicians, Trigmatic, the young artist has proven to be an artist to look out for.

If you follow Ghanaian movies with keen interest, you would realize that one intriguing Ghanaian movie currently gaining cinematic attention is 'Lucky', featuring Nenesenor as MasterCard.

If you have already seen this film, then you will agree that the 'Praise' hitmaker, Nenesenor, is undoubtedly getting lucky. On the 7th of September, 2018, Abstrakte, a growing production company in Ghana, premiered its debut feature film, 'Lucky', at the Silverbird cinemas.

For a debut feature film, one would not have expected such a wonderful movie, but the team of young film makers proved film fanatics otherwise. Written by Joe Wackle and Directed by Togbe Gavua, 'Lucky' is a film that takes us on a journey of the average University Student in Ghana today.

The film reveals the Life of the characters, Lucky Barima Mensah and his closest friend Wadaada, who together seek to make a living by any means possible, to survive the hardships they face in the university.

Their expedition leads them to MasterCard, a well accomplished business man. This role was delightfully played by Nenesenor.

A supporting role as this will not have usually been talked about as much but the finesse Nenesenor brings to the MasterCard character is highly commendable. As every movie assembles the finest of soundtracks to drive the story and enhance the mood, Abstrakte, producers of 'Lucky', did not leave 'Praise' out of the superb soundtrack list for the movie.

It is every artists dream to make a laudable impact with their creative work and Nenesenor believes that it is only through this kind of collaboration and unity that young Ghanaian artists can successfully market themselves.

We are excited that 'Praise' and 'Lucky' are making giant strides together. The film brings together some of Ghana's favourite veteran actors like Fred Amugi, Psalm Adjetefio 'TT', and Akofa Edjeani who play alongside young talents like Kumi Obuobisa, Kabuki Akiwumi, Solomon Fixon-Owoo, Papa Osei and one of Ghana's sensational female vocalists, Efya Awindor.

"I am particularly excited and lucky to be part of a film that has all these wonderful talents, especially, those that I grew up watching on screen. I am humbled and I can only give all the praise to the Almighty. I am lucky and when you get Lucky, you have to Praise."

Nenesenor has tipped a release of a new song soon but until then, he urges all music lovers to still enjoy the fire in Praise.
