Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, Gasmilla has taken a swipe at his colleague Rocky Dawuni for his recent comment that music is not all about money.
Speaking on the e.TV Ghana’s ‘The Late Nite Celebrity Show’, he said “WHAT! Nobody should make that mistake. Music without money? Just imagine you are a celebrity in Ghana, and you are jumping into Trotro. Having fame without money can even make you commit suicide”, he fumed.
Known in real life as Odartei Milla Lamptey, Gasmilla recounted how a colleague was trolled by passengers when he got unto a trotro some time ago.
“So that is why this boys and girls go to all these extent to get something going for them. Nobody wants to be a celebrity without money. You can’t even move”, he said.
The International Fisherman is noted for his hit songs “Aboodatoi” “3 Point” and “Telemo”.
