Obrafour - Managers of the economy have failed us

Hiplife legend Kwabena Okyere Darko popularly known on stage as Obrafour, in an interview with Storm FM, talks about his current album "Obrafofro" and politicians.

He acknowledged that his talent is God given and that there is the need to share his expertise with the up and coming artistes. On collaborations, he was quick to name Kojo Antwi as the one he prefers to get to work with.

In a clarion call by some sections of Ghanaian celebrities to embark on a one-day demonstration, the rap legend said, "As a stakeholder; everything that concerns the country, we are part of it. Our contributions as citizens will accelerate the country's growth.

"Every opinion matters and should be voiced out without any fear or favor. To be frank, the managers of the economy have failed us".

When asked about the one major problem confronting the nation which is the frequent power outages, also known "Dumsor", Obrafour stated "I blame the people and our leaders; a nation built on lies is destined to fall". He reiterated the need for a holistic thorough and truthful approach towards nation building.
