Oheneba Kissi out with 'Abenaba'

Contempory highlife sensation, Oheneba Kissi, a.k.a 'Sweet Voice', has dazzled the airwaves with his latest hit, dubbed Abenaba, literally meaning "My special precious jewel".

The album has brought joy to lovers of unadulterated highlife music and would be blistering from now to the yuletide and beyond.

The latest relesase, which is sonorous and simply gleaming, is currently enjoying a lot of airplay.

The album comprises eight beautifully arranged lyrics centered on instrumentation and rhythms.

The side A of the album starts with medo mu kaakyire, a song about love, presented in a typical highlife fashion and spiced up with a smooth rap by Okyeame Kwame.

The lead song, Abenaba, interestingly tells a story of two passionate lovers in the grips of jealous and backbiting friends. This song is followed by Mensa Aka bi and Odo Gyeme.

The flipside of the album brings to the fore Kissi's lyrical gifts, as evident in his previous albums.

In Babia ye babia Oheneba Kissi talks about the hustle and bustle of life, and the search for greener pastures while contemporaneously offering some useful advice to listeners.

The album, which is produced by Oheneba management investment for slip music, has already been launched and is available on the market. It was recorded and mixed at the famous west wise and rheinklang studios in Germany.
