By close of day, April 30 Kwame Nsiah Apau alias Okeame Kwame would have completed his pursuit for a bachelor of arts Degree at KNUST.With this achievement, Okyeame Kwame enters into the hall of fame of the very few Ghanaian musicians who have attained higher learning in addition to their music career. Excited about happenings in his life, the rap doctor comments in an interview that it is a dream come true since it has always been his family legacy to be educated to the highest level as possible. As they say education has no end, the award winning rapper did not hesitate at all in taking up the challenge of furthering his education despite his fame and wealth after quite a long break upon completion of his high school education.

Okyeame Kwame who completed Kumasi Anglican high school some time back indicates that, there is the need for every one to attain some level of education no matter where they find themselves on this planet.

Against this background, he (Okyeame Kwame) launched a campaign in 2008 to support needy but brilliant students in Ghana. As it stands now several senior high students have benefited from this gesture by the kind hearted artiste and now have access to quality but free education. As if this is not enough, Okyeame Kwame also launched the anti-hepatitis B campaign which sought to create more awareness on the silent killer disease and its effects on the people who enjoy his music. All these and more indicate how positively higher education has impacted on the level of reasoning and action of the 2009 GMA artiste of the year.

After his education, the rap doctor urges his fans to expect more features which notable among them would be with Kojo Antwi and Abrantie Amakye Dede. His next album however would be out in June 2010.
