Through 4 hours of splendid live performances, hiplife veteran Okyeame Kwame (in the company of several of his music fellows) treated the dozens of patrons who took to the cozy +233 Bar and Grill on Friday April 28th for his OK Stripped event.
Maintaining truly remarkable energy levels for his 41 years, the Mesan Aba man, as promised, orchestrated a very memorable night consisting music, comedy, and spoken word.
Backed by the award-winning Patch Bay Band, the audience was blessed with awesome guest performances from Patch Bay Band, Rhyme Sonny, Adina, MzVee, Kuami Eugene, Akwaboah, Root Eye, broadcaster KOD, Obour, Abochi, and Wiyaala.
A fundraising event for Okyeame’s Hepatitis B campaign, it no doubt recorded massive success, with many of society’s most loved faces in attendance.
An OK Music brainchild, the gig is sponsored by Urbano Hotel, TXT Ghana, and 4SYTE TV, and will also see guest performances from highlife star Kwabena Kwabena, new kid Abochi, Adina, FlowKing Stone among others.
Okyeame Kwame is set to release his new album Made In Ghana in coming months.
