Origin8 launches “My Boss Is The Best Chef” cooking competition

My Boss Is The Best Chef is an event mapped out to entertain and serve as a stress reliever as well as garner support for a good cause by leveraging the right mix of business and fun.

The Origin8 initiative will engage five male C.E.Os of the most influential companies in the country in a jollof-making contest on May 9, 2015 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.

The contestants will vie for the title of ‘King of the Kitchen’ and prize money of GHC 10,000 to undertake a Corporate Social Responsibility project of the winner’s choice.

The invite-only event will also serve as viable grounds for networking which may bud into successful business partnerships. The entire proceedings will be televised on TV3, GTV and Top TV at a later date for the enjoyment of Ghanaian viewers.

Some of the contestants; Bola Ray - famous drive time host and C.E.O of Starr FM, Masimilliano Taricone of Casa Trasacco and Walid Said, the C.E.O of Sanita Consumer Products Ltd, are men who have excelled in their chosen fields and will seek to conquer a new arena.
