Ace comedian Kwaku Sintim Misa popularly known as KSM says the only way Ghana could boost its tourism is through public-private partnership.
Speaking to Ghanaweb.com on the need for public-private partnership, he explained that though Ghana has the resources, the sector is nothing to write home about.
He supported the call for private individuals to get involved in helping to identify the centers and expanding the various tourist sites.
He added that private individuals could be identified and encouraged to go into tourism; encouraging the president to consider giving such individuals tax breaks because tourism has the potential to rope in millions of dollars to help build the economy.
KSM said he believes that when we boost our tourism many more Ghanaians would also develop the interest to visit these places and that will also boost local tourism.
