Peter Kayode ‘dances’ on his birthday

Gospel musician-Peter Kayode on Sunday celebrated his 55th birthday in grand style with the attendance of the crème-de-la-crème ranging from colleague pastors, friends and well-wishers, who came to support the feat. It was held at his church premises located off Pentecost Junction, Agape Ablekuma in Accra.

As a veteran musician of the gospel, he thrilled his congregation with tunes after tunes in marking the “goodness of the Lord in his life” as he puts it. With his voice as a mighty instrument with which many have been healed, he didn’t disappoint on that fateful day.

On Sunday, just as he is used to, he swept his congregations off their feet with random songs steps cum dance steps.

With preparations far advanced for the release of his latest gospel musical album this year (though after different albums for over two decades of singing), the gospel act whose music is more than entertaining but with a difference match, is ready for another feat.

Peter Kayode told us when asked why he chose to use music to eulogize his birthday, he responded saying, “music is the food to the soul and our good Lord must be praised in the beauty of His holiness”. He believes that lives have been transformed and will continue to through his ministration.

Peter Kayode is always on TOP TV every Saturday to delight gospel music fans with rich rhythm production, creativity and ministration of God’s word.
