Photos: Becca Girl Talk Concert 2014, was Awesome

Patrons at this year’s Becca Girl Talk Concert held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the National Theatre were full of praise for Ghanaian singer, Becca, known in real life as Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong for a successful event.
The second and the third edition of this annual event in 2012 and 2013 respectively, had great artists to perform; but the audience claimed it was not all that massive as they were not thrilled after the event.
This year’s edition came in a different style as Nana Ama McBrown blew up from her shell as usual with a fascinating performance on Daddy Lumba’s “Yentie Obia” song; getting all the ladies in the Theatre standing and dancing as a prelude to the show.
Becca was then ushered on stage with an energetic dancing group called “Kysses” and were later joined by Akosua Agyapong and Mzbel, still keeping the ladies on their feet to dance and enjoy the great performance by the three wonderful Ghanaian singers, especially with the robot dance moves of Akosua Agyapong.
After the awesome delivery, Afriyie, formerly of Wutah, came to perform “Love Of My Life” with Becca, which kept the ladies in a loving atmosphere as other performances from Akwaboah and Kwabena Kwabena made it a mind blowing night at that moment.

Amidst the music and girl talks, Becca gave an opportunity for one of her fans called Ken to propose to his girlfriend on stage, this made all the ladies in the whole auditorium excited, hence eager to know the response from the lady called Dzigbordi.
The lady, who could not hold back her tears, gave a Yes answer to her man, prompting Ken to request a special love song from Kwabena Kwabena for his lover.
The show continued with other dramatic scenes and took up a different twist as Becca was seen rocking it well with Efya’s “Little Things”, Tiffany also came to dance “Adowa” as her dance moves took the crowd by surprise as they kept cheering her up whilst Efya was also on stage performing Becca’s “African Woman” song.

Other astonishing performances on the night include a tremendous performance from No Tribe with their gospel tunes and followed by a short comedy with special prayer for the Ebola Disease which thrilled patrons to laugh without even bothering what time the show will end.
AK Songstress, E.L and Trigmatic were other artists who also performed on the night.
The patrons were not allowed to go home without any talks on issues relating to ladies; hence, Reverend Counselor Cyril George Lutterodt used the platform to ignite the minds of the ladies on a short topic “the Value of a Lady” which got most of the ladies thinking and taking lessons after his advice.
The show was the ultimate girl’s night out event in Ghana and came out as one of the biggest pre-Christmas party for Ghanaian ladies.
The 2014 Becca Girl Talk Show was indeed an awesome and eventful moment, which will go down in the history of the show as the best ever held throughout the years.
