Photos: Meet JAYLA, the youngest female pop act from Ghana

Jasmine Bridi popularly called JAYLA is set to become the youngest female pop artiste to emerge from Ghana. With a sleek voice and charisma in delivery, the sky is just the starting point for her.

JAYLA, from a Ghanaian and Lebanese background has every reason to be thankful of becoming the youngest female doing pop from Ghana at the tender age of fifteen.

She has represented Ghana in a singing competition in Turkey; an event that had over 190 different participants from other countries. Also, she has performed for the current Turkey president when he visited Ghana, but her youthful zeal has seen her grown from grace to grace, basking in the glimpse of her passion.

In a male dominated industry, the damsel who is signed under Lynx Entertainment is ready for the task ahead and with that confidence; she is set to release her first single on the 16th of October, 2013, to the public.

The single is titled: “Lyk seriously?” The song is a groovy youthful rhythmic punch which will catch any listener spellbound. The song, according to the star in-the-making, is an inspiration she got from the sarcastic outburst, popularly used among the youths on social network.

As she gets set to take up the baton and help uplift the female folks in that genre of music in Ghana, only time will tell what her limit will be.
