Both Nigerians and Ghanaians enjoyed an amazing night of good music and dance when the two countries 'clashed' on the music stage to battle it out.
Saturday, June 9 was the 2018 Ghana Meets Naija concert and it came with the buzz all over social media.
The First Lady of Ghana, Mrs. Rebbecca Akufo-Addo was spotted at the concert. Not only her but the Minister for Creative Arts, Ms Catherine Afeku was also in attendance.
For years, Ghana Meet Naija put together by Bola Ray's Empire Entertainment gives Nigerian and Ghanaian artists the platform to battle it out for their fans to choose the best among them.
This year’s edition of the Ghana Meets Naija was held at the Fantasy Dome inside Trade Fair in Accra and it was heavily attended by scores of music lovers.
The show itself was heavily packed with ace artistes from both countries who did not disappoint their fans at all.
Representing Ghana were, Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene, Fancy Gadam, King Promise, Yaa Pono, Wisa Greid, Patapaa, Mugeez, and others. There was a surprise performance from SM Movement boss Shatta Wale - the self-acclaimed Dancehall King.
Nigerians had on their side Mayorkun, Wizkid, Mr Eazi and others representing the nation. It was simply spectacular.
Besides the thousands of audience who were there to enjoy the concert, 2018 Ghana Meets Naija saw some VVIP’s passing through to enjoy good music.
