Multiple award-winning Ghanaian dance hall act, Emmanuel Andrews Samini, well known as Samini has revealed that, reggae dancehall artistes in Ghana are more united compared to other music genres in the country though Ghanaians have not seen that love and unity among them yet.

Speaking with www.flexgh.com, Samini stated that he communicates with most of the reggae dance hall acts in Ghana than other musicians in different genres, because they understand his language more than others.

He further said, he believes since two great dance hall artistes have been signed on to one major record label in the country, it means dance hall artistes are more vibrant for now and they’re ruling the music industry and also projecting that genre to the entire world.

He added that, he is now happy to see more investors coming into the industry to help the creative arts industry like Zylofon Media and the new sensation; Sabaman Entertainment are doing for the industry.

Samini who has had nominations in this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards VGMAs with his hit song ‘My Own’ believes he can win in all his categories on the night.
