Reggie N Bollie have ended their relationship with music mogul, Simon Cowell.

The duo have recorded and performed with the likes of Fuse ODG, Craig David and Sean Paul. They released their first single ‘New Girl’ in early 2016 and shot a video for it in Ghana.

Before Reggie Zippy and Bollie made it to the world stage as finalists on the reality music show, X Factor UK, they were champions in their own rights, boasting quite a number of hits songs on the Ghanaian music industry.

Early 2015, the two decided to work together and change their musical fortunes after a long break. They auditioned at Britain’s Got Talent but didn’t make the mark.

They decided to give music another shot, this time on X Factor UK. They impressed the judges and made it as one of 12 contestants, ultimately making it to the finale.

Simon Cowell after one of their performances tweeted: I LOVE Reggie and Bollie

They mashed up What makes you Beautiful with Cheerleader. Sounds crazy but it was fantastic.

Initially known as Menn on Point when they auditioned for the show, they changed their name to Reggie N Bollie. They are made up of Reggie Zippy, who is famous for the song ‘Virgin’ and Bollie of ‘you may kiss the bride’ fame, a song off a compilation project by veteran music producer Hammer.
