After making headlines for performing Shatta Wale’s songs, General Overseer of Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), Prophet Asanteman Bofuor, popularly known as Reverend Obofour has led his congregation to dance to the late Ebony’s tunes.

In a video available online, the pastor clad in a white shirt and blue pair of trousers, is seen walking majestically while enjoying some accolades thrown at him by one of the junior pastors.

“When you come to church and sit like a statue, you could get stroke. When you come to APC, your body is busybody” he said in response and went ahead to dance to Ebony’s ‘Poison’ and ‘Maame Hwe’ which were being played by the instrumentalists.

While he danced, some members of the congregation joined him as they waved their hands and handkerchiefs.

‘Sponsor’ is a song which talks about a lady with two boyfriends. One of them (a young man) is poor but good in bed while the other (an elderly man) cannot satisfy her sexually but supports her financially.

‘Maame Hwe’ on the other hand talks about domestic violence.
