Whereas many celebrated the resurrection of Christ on the third day after his crucifixion and death through fellowshipping with brethren at church and reflecting on the sacrifice that Christ made on the cross of Calvary, others had a different idea for marking the day.
For some, it was a day for merry making, boogeying, boozing and topping up the fun from the previous night.
Partying was the order of the day for these persons at a spot at the Obo street in the Kwahu township on the morning of Easter Sunday. Whilst some danced erotically with the opposite sex, others had a snoot full, smoking and having fun.
The place was packed as people went crazy partying, apparently, the downpour from the previous night was a booster for their alcohol intake since it provided just the right amount of “cool” for them.
Watch how Easter Sunday morning was marked by some Ghanaians in Kwahu.
