Comedian Foster Romanus has added his voice to the ongoing discussions about why talented rapper, Osei Kwaku Vincent, popularly known Strongman mutually parted ways with Sarkodie’s Sarkcess Music record label recently.
While many people have revealed that the contract between the two failed to stand the test of time because Strongman was a lazy musician, Foster Romanus has stated that he is not moved by these suggestions when he was speaking on the topic Tuesday morning on Zylofon FM’s ‘Showbiz Agenda’ entertainment review show hosted by Sammy Flex.
According to him, rap music lover like himself expected more from Strongman when he was signed onto Sarkcess Music, especially taking into account the fact that he was a very great rapper and because he was going on the label of a rapper who is a multiple award winner.
However, their expectations of the “Baby Girl” hitmaker failed to see the light of day as he did not blow up that much under Sarkodie’s mentorship. He stressed that Sarkodie could have done more for the young rapper by pushing him harder.
Foster Romanus also admitted that in as much as Sarkodie’s Sarkcess Music acted below his expectations, Strongman also decided to be a little relaxed just because he was on the huge label which caused him a lot.
