Celebrated Ghanaian Disc Jockey DJ Mensah has revealed that rapper Sarkodie will perform at the 2024 Olympic Games in France.
He disclosed that Sarkodie's appearance at the Olympic Games is part of several international engagements planned for the year.
Mensah, Sarkodie's personal DJ, also revealed that the artiste is set to perform at various music events in the United States of America (USA) and other countries.
In a conversation with Asaase Radio, DJ Mensah mentioned that Sarkodie will unveil his full schedule for the year, including event performances, at an appropriate time.
"Me and Sark [Sarkodie] have a few shows lined up. We haven't made it public yet, but we're scheduled to play at the Olympics [Paris Olympic Games] opening in August. There's also another event we're waiting to confirm. Additionally, we have shows in the US, and I'm involved with another event, Ghana Fest, similar to Party in the Park in Canada.
"I'm supporting them as well. So, these are the plans so far, and of course, you're familiar with the December events we've already organized following Party in the Park. You'll be hearing more about it," he explained.
Meanwhile, Sarkodie has yet to officially confirm his performance at the Paris Olympic Games.
