Marriage counsellor Rev. Dr. Nanayaa Owusu-Prempeh has urged men to focus on their wives' satisfaction during intimacy.

In an interview on TV3, she emphasised the importance of mutual satisfaction in marriage, noting that many men tend to concentrate solely on penetration, neglecting their partners' needs.

"If your husband is not able to please you in bed, there are other things he can do to your body that can satisfy you. It is not just penetration.

"There are men who are just so focused on penetration that they just want to bang. He will hit you like a horse rider. And by the time he's done, the woman would be like, 'Ah, what was that?" she said.

Referencing the Bible, particularly the book of Peter, Dr. Owusu-Prempeh highlighted that sex should be a mutual experience.

She called on men to consider their wives' happiness, not just their own.

"Sex is supposed to be mutual. If you truly love the woman, you must be expecting her happiness and her joy. Please, the woman. It is not about you only," she added.
