One of the Ghana’s finest rappers, Kwaku Nsia Boamah known in the industry as Flowking Stone, has compared the controversial dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah to Former President Jerry John Rawlings.

According to the ‘Go Low’ hit maker, ‘Shatta Wale is a revolutionary’ who always seek for the right thing to be done.

“I see Shatta as somebody like J.J Rawlings. He is a revolutionist; it looks like there is something in him which he wants to bring out. But to him Shatta, he sees most people in the industry as cowards”.

Explaining further on Shatta Wale’s behaviour in the industry, Stone observed “Wale does all that he is doing because according to him, when people are angry they behave differently towards people. And after doing that, things would be solved amicably”. He quoted Shatta Wale as saying.

Jerry John Rawlings was the president of Ghana following a coup d’etat in 1979 and after initially handing over power to a civilian government; he took control of Ghana again on December 1981 as the Chairman of the Provisional Defence Council.

He was then elected as a democratic president from 1992 till 2001 when John Agyekum Kufuor took over power through a peaceful transition.

When asked why he (Shatta) has been involved in numerous ‘beefs’ stone retorted as Shatta saying; ‘I will never write anything that I haven’t thought of, that won’t help me at the end’ Flowking Stone quoted Shatta Wale as saying.

Shatta Wale has been in numerous beefs with artist like Samin, Yaa Pono, Tic Tac and Nigeria’s international Wizkid.
