Popular Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, has released his list of Ghanaian pastors for whom he has admiration for.
According to him, he would heed to pieces of advice from these men of God all the time. Shatta Wale made this disclosure in the wake of death–related prophecies, one of which reportedly involves him.
Prophet E.K Mensah of the Christ Vision Prayer Ministry informed the music artiste that he would soon die.
Shatta Wale allegedly responded by saying he isn’t afraid of death, because he serves God, who is more powerful than those prophets.
In an interaction with Moro Awudu on the Executive Breakfast Show (EBS) on Class FM on Monday, 12 February 2018, the ‘Freedom’ hitmaker stated that he would always listen to five men of God.
These are Pastor Mensa Otabil of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Archbishop Duncan – Williams of the Action Chapel International (ACI) and Bishop Daniel Obinim of the International Godsway Church.
He also made mention of Rev. Owusu Bempah of the Glorious Word Ministry International and Pastor Pobee. Shatta Wale is without doubt, one of Ghana’s favourite musicians.
The music artiste caused a stir when, he requested for a birthday present from President Akufo-Addo. The first gentleman of the land responded by extending an invitation to him to the Flagstaff House, a development that was subjected to various interpretations all over the country.
He has won a number of awards in his music career, the latest being the Best Dancehall Artiste award, as part of the 2017 edition of the Entertainment Awards (USA).
