Ghanaian dancehall and reggae artiste, songwriter, record producer and sound engineer Charles Nii Armah Mensah known as Shatta Wale is arguably the biggest artiste in Ghana currently.
The 'dancehall king ' hitmaker' didn't make it on a silver platter as he has been through hard times to get this far in his music career.
Shatta took to his social media pages to reflect on his past and to motivate his fans to never give up in life ; to say positive things to their lives .
Shatta Wale came into the music scene in 2004 when he was called Bandanna . His first release was ' Moko Ho ( Bandanna from Ghana ) which featured talented Ga rapper Tinny and enjoyed tremendous air waves then.
Unfortunately that couldn't make him a 'hit' then as there were fierce competition in the music industry.
Shatta Wale then came back stronger in 2013 with a song dubbed ' dancehall king' that became an instant hit.
Shatta Wale's rose to fame occurred after 2013 VGMA when he released a diss track for the organisers of the Ghana Music Awards dubbed " We Need No Awards" because he felt the organisers robbed him of an award he deserved that year.
His song ' dancehall king' gave him the accolade as the dancehall king in Ghana as he became dominant in the industry after releasing the hit song.
Shatta Wale on Friday 22nd June took to his social media pages to share a picture of his album cassette titled " NO PROBLEM" and with caption : "
