Multiple award-winning dancehall act, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known widely as Shatta Wale, has shared a very touching picture from the past that has gotten his fans and followers motivated for life.

The ‘Dem Confuse’ singer took to his Instagram account and shared a picture of his younger self in a room with some other people.

He captioned his picture, “You need to come face-to-face with the past, not as some naive, easily wounded boy, but as a fighter. Not to see what you want to see, but what you must see. Otherwise you'll carry around that baggage for the rest of your life. #SHATTAMOVEMENT #ZYLOFON.”

The dancehall artiste is one of the few artistes in the country who is not afraid to share pictures and stories from his past as a way of motivating his fans and followers.

Recently, Shatta Wale flaunted the new mansion given to him by Zylofon Media boss, Nana Appiah Mensah, as part of his deal with the entertainment outfit.

He was seen in a video showing off the magnificent edifice with some members of his crew as they moved from one room to the other.

The controversial musician who is attributed as a ‘loudmouth’ in the entertainment industry has managed to stay relevant in the music industry.

The musician made headlines in the country when he became the latest signee of entertainment powerhouse, Zylofon Media.

Not too long ago, the musician entered the ‘crossfire’ involving fellow dancehall act, Stonebwoy and Bulldog.

Shatta Wale, in a number of videos, attacked his Zylofon colleague, Stonebwoy over the altercation at Champs Bar. Shatta Wale jumped to the defense of Kumi Guitar after he recorded a song on Monday allegedly targeted at Stonebwoy titled, ‘Gyae’.
