For Emmelienne Valary Acheampong of Fox FM, being a young entertainment presenter was a dream come true for her. Her childhood dreams materialized when she met Okyeame Quophi of Akyeame fame at Fox FM.

What is it about Emmelienne and radio presenting? "As a young girl I used to dream of presenting, be it radio or TV, speaking to the whole world", she added.

Who is Emmelienne of Fox FM was our second question we asked her? "She is approachable, antisocial and easy going", she said.

Even though Emmelienne seem fairly new on Fox FM, she has becoming popular and Ghana Music.Com has decided to feature her on the website. Hosting a 'Teen hunt' show in Virginia, USA at the age of 13 was one of her breakthroughs in the showbiz.

According to her "I went to Fox FM and met Okyeame Quophi who wanted me to host a program on his show. Which will be giving out entertainment news on the local scene". The program will be within Okyeame Quophi's program and starts from 7:00 pm to 8:00pm, she told Ghana Music.Com about her program.

Cutty as she is called in the showbiz circles sees her job as excellent and exquisite. Stacy of Music Music fame helps her out and is her mentor.

Her one-hour program, offers free in-depth stories of what goes on the Ghanaian music industry, which is widely listened by people of Kumasi.

At the age of 19 years she has gained immeasurable experience in all areas of radio presenting. Emmelienne will be making her debut in acting very soon as she is coming out with a program called Chat Time, an entertainment program.

Her future ambition is to be a star in two years in front of the camera as a host/presenter. To achieve this objective she is planning on studying mass communication at GIJ.

She also has been lauded for her hosting and participating roles in programmes like Miss SSS, Miss Teen Ashanti, X'mas Fiesta, Cape Coast fun fairs.

The second of four siblings, she attended the UST Primary, Central International and then went to Winneba Secondary School (headed the school entertainment committee), Emmelienne continued.

She is now an icon in the family and her role model who is her mum is so proud of her. She also likes dancing, cooking, sleeping and swimming.

After leaving Winneba Secondary School, she then went to a tourism and management school. And surprisingly enough she has been working for Fox FM for only three months now and is now ready to move on to a new challenge within the industry.

Emmelienne wants to say thanks to her loved ones like her mum, Okra, Iso, Deeba, Gene, Michael, Gadget, Stacy, Bandana, Grand mum, Okyeame Quophi and all those who have been supportive and prayed for her.

For her advice to the young ones who want to be like never be discouraged in life.

Emmelienne said, "I look up to my boss, Okyeame Quophi and am grateful for what he is done for me. He is so nice but when I make mistakes, oh mine!!! He is like a lion but gives me a handshake when I do well and am grateful for all that."
