A section of entertainment critics in Kumasi are not happy about how management of radio stations treat them when they appear on their entertainment shows.

The pundits who spoke to Zionfelix.net over the weekend at the traditional wedding ceremony of gospel musician Mary Agyemang complained bitterly about how they have to hop from one radio station to the other on weekends but gain nothing at the end of the day.

Amandzeba Fiifi Smith, a renowned pundit in the Garden City expressed dissatisfaction and annoyance about radio stations not giving entertainment critics a penny for fuel after appearing on their entertainment show. He disclosed that most radio stations do not provide water to critics during the show to quench their thirst

“A lot of these radio stations here do not give us nothing for fuel but expect us to be on their shows every weekend. How do they think we get there?

You will be on a show and talk for hours and when you are done, they just look at you to leave just like that.

They won’t even give you water to drink.” peeved Amandzeba told Zionfelix.net on Saturday.

Outspoken pundit who is popularly called Fresh added “the show hosts question you when you absent yourself on their show even though they do not pay me”.

“I’m a pundit on about three entertainment shows which start and end at same time so I run shift each week. Some question me if I absent myself on their show even though they give me nothing.”
