Highlife musician and songwriter, Dada Hafo has expressed his view that Ghanaians can’t boost of good heart spirit-filled gospel songs in the country anymore.
According to him some of the gospel musicians don’t wait to be led by the spirit before they come out with a new song due to poor conditions surrounding the music circles.
Dada Hafco, however, urged Pastors to explore the business aspects of gospel music in order to help curb the issue of unemployment citing example like Nana Appiah who has been able to establish a record label for the artiste.
According to Hafco, such initiative improves in promoting the gospel and encourages people to join the ministries which are also a result of winning souls for Christ.
Speaking to Zionfelix on Radio Univers’ Brunch2Lunch entertainment show, he posited “today’s gospel is not like Tagoe sisters, Ohemaa Mercy and Elder Mireku in the past now it doesn’t exit again, now it’s like every gospel musician is singing altercation songs .’’
