Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei is calling on supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to remain steadfast in their support of the party regardless of the prosecutions they face. 

According to him, members and supporters of the NPP must be focused on ensuring that the NPP secures victory in the coming elections. 

He maintains that the vilification and attacks from the opposition do not change the achievements of the incumbent government. 

On X, Prince David Osei wrote, “If you identify as a dedicated supporter of our party, I encourage you to stand firm in our vision. Being insulted or vilified does not change our achievements. We must take pragmatic steps to campaign vigorously and highlight the accomplishments of our administration.”

The actor listed the expansion of roads, revitalization of STEM education in Ghana and Agenda 111 as reasons why Ghanaians should retain the NPP. 

He said, “ We've witnessed over 12,000 kilometers of roads constructed, the revitalization of our railway system, STEM, TVET built, and the implementation of free SHS for our youth across the country. Students in tertiary institutions now have access to loans without guarantors, and Agenda 111 is making strides with the construction of 111 hospitals nationwide.

“Furthermore, we've seen housing developments for immigration officers, the military, and police, along with consistent electricity supply and improvements within the police force. The digitization of processes has also simplified obtaining a Ghana card and passport and has enhanced monetary transactions through interoperability.”
