When Uganda?s hottest R&B trio visited Ghana last march to be part of the 7th Ghana Music Awards festival, many music enthusiasts admired their chic appearance, excellent stage craft and song skills.
Following closely on the heels of the Ghana Music Awards festival, the organizers of the event went stars hunting, in the nation's maiden edition of Stars of the future competition.
In the end, charming and sweet-voiced Irene Logan was declared Ghana music star with Jane Awindor as runner-up. Noting the great potential that the two young women demonstrated, charterhouse, the organizers, flew them to Uganda.
In Kampala last week, the two were in the Fenon Record Studios where they recorded a beautiful R&B song with none other than the very sizzling Blu 3.
Their collaboration with Uganda?s hottest R&B stars has been designed to create variety in their maiden album expected to be released by the end of the year.
When completed, the album will consist of various song genre; dancehall, inspirational, African rhythm and R&B. Soon, according to the organizers, the stars will also be in Nigeria for some other collaboration with other international stars
