The head pastor of Believers Worship Center, popularly known as Philadelphia, Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah, has issued a stern warning to people who have photoshopped his head onto ceremonial photos of Jesus Christ.

According to the controversial preacher, he dislikes the image that has been used to represent Jesus Christ for centuries.

Speaking to his congregation, Adom Kyei-Duah expressed his disapproval of using a White man to represent Jesus Christ.

He warned graphic designers against attaching his face, head, or any body part of his to that image.

“Those of you who have attached me to the body of that White man, I detest that body, I hate that hair. Listen to me, I hate that dressing and I hate that dress code,” Adom Kyei-Duah said to his congregation in a viral social media video. The preacher admonished his congregation and Christians in general to accept him as he is and only use his image to represent Jesus Christ.

He said, “Take me as I am. Take my image like that and use it like that. Show me that respect.”

Adom Kyei Duah recently mentioned that he has received instructions to replace all depictions of Jesus Christ with his face.

He claimed that this action would be followed for the next 500 years.

“Listen to me, for the next 500 years, the images of Jesus you see on calendars and in pictures around. I have been instructed to replace it with my face,” he said.

His announcement was met with a flurry of reactions on social media, with some netizens expressing shock while others expressed their amusement at the news.
