There have been some unconfirmed reports that Jay Z was coming to Ghana in the Ghanaian music industry for some time now. Well he announced his world tour; some African countries were part including Ghana.
Officially Jay Z is coming to Ghana and will be beginning his journey in Poland to Australia. He will be hitting cities all around the globe on his seven week world tour.
Jay Z is expected to spread awareness about the world?s water crisis and is backed by the United Nations.
Apart from Ghana, other African countries that Jay Z will be showing his face are Tanzania, Nigeria, Angola and South Africa.

On Friday, October 6, 2006, cultural icon, entrepreneur, philanthropist and President & CEO of Def Jam Recordings, Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter, will make history when, for the first time, he performs.
The semi retired music icon will be hosted by Ghana?s biggest event organisers, Charter house Ghana.
