Popular TikToker and former contestant on the reality show Date Rush, Quecy Sunday, has shared that the amount he earns from TikTok in a single day can sometimes surpass his three-month salary from his regular "8 to 5" job.
Disclosing this during an interview with ZionFelix, Quecy Sunday explained that his earnings come from his role as a content creator and influencer who helps brands gain exposure for upcoming projects.
He, however, clarified that such earnings are not a daily occurrence and they depend on the gigs he secures.
"Ever since I started TikTok, the amount I make in a day can be more than my three months' salary at my '8 to 5' job.
"It's not a daily occurrence, it's occasional, depending on when I get a gig," he stated.
He stated that despite his success on TikTok, he still maintains his day job but would eventually quit if the demands of his influencing career increase.
"I'm still doing my daily job but if the demands on my influencing job become high, I might consider quitting," he said.
Commenting on his online success, Quecy Sunday expressed his surprise and gratitude at the opportunity to collaborate with notable personalities including Philipa Baafi and Fela Makafui.
"I never knew I could meet up with personalities like Philipa Baafi, Fela Makafui, Nana Akua etc.
"But seeing all these big people reach out to me and work with me means that I’m doing something good," he said.
