Sensational Ghanaian actress cum producer, Yvonne Nelson says after seeing Anas’ Number 12 exposé, it is evident that Ghanaians need to ‘work’ on ourselves as a people.
She says what has been captured in the investigative piece is not limited to football only, but it is the situation in several institutions in the country. Speaking to UTV’s reporter after the premier posited that;
“It’s not only with football. There’re several institutions in Ghana if you go there, everyone knows, there’s no need to mention names; some of them are so respected, yet, they’ll ask for money.”
Yvonne adds her voice to several others who have commented on Anas’ Number 12 exposé after its premiere on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
According to Yvonne, it is the Ghana Football Association (GFA) that is being talked due to their corrupt practices, “but we all know the problem is a general thing, we need to check ourselves as a country.
The Anas #12 expose after its premiering at AICC last Wednesday and Thursday have led to the dissolution of the GFA by the government and FIFA’s subsequent ban of Nyantakyi from all football-related activities.
