Kwami Sefa Kayi, the host of Peace FM's Kokrokoo Morning Show, has reflected on his past actions, acknowledging that they have contributed to his growth as a wiser individual.

He admits that there were actions he took in his youth that he would not repeat today, having learned and matured from his experiences as an adult.

The renowned broadcaster has clarified that he does not regret his past actions, even those that did not yield the expected results, but sees them as valuable lessons that have enriched his life.

Speaking on Peace FM, Sefa Kayi shared that his past experiences, both positive and negative, have shaped his current approach to life and have played a role in the reputation he enjoys today.

"I wouldn't say I have significant regrets; instead, I see many opportunities for learning. I have made both right and wrong choices. Where things did not go as planned, there is some regret, but I view those instances as lessons learned. As you grow older, you gain wisdom.

"There are things I did in my teens, twenties, and thirties that I would not do now. It's not because of deep regret, but because I have learned from those experiences. You learn to do things better based on what you have been through," he said

These reflections came as Sefa Kayi discussed his life lessons in celebration of his 54th birthday on June 20, 2024.
