Founder and President of Abel Damina Ministries International, Dr Abel Damina, has said a person does not necessarily have to be Christian to make Heaven.
According to him, there is no salvation in Christianity.
Delivering a sermon to his congregation, the controversial preacher explained that the prerequisite and main criteria for salvation and making it to Heaven is not tied to any religion.
He mentioned that the only condition needed for one to make Heaven is accepting Jesus Christ into their heart.
He explained, “Do you have to be a Christianity to make Heaven? No Sir, Christianity does not save anybody. There is no salvation in Christianity.
“Salvation is in a person and his name is Jesus. The book of Acts says, there is no name under Heaven by which any man can be saved but the name of Jesus.”
Dr Damina also explained that salvation happens in a micro second and the only condition is for a person to accept Jesus.
He indicated that a person of any religion or spiritual belief is automatically saved once they accept and believe in Jesus Christ.
“Does a man need to change his religion before he is saved, while he is still in that religion, if he believes in Jesus, Jesus enters his heart and the moment Jesus enters his heart, he has made Heaven.
“Jesus is not afraid of your religion, he is not afraid of your cultism, he is not afraid of your group, if you open your heart. He will come in.
“As many as receive him, to them he gave power to become the sons of God. So, while they are in their condition, if they receive him, he will enter. It is after he enters that other things would follow,” Dr Damina explained to his congregation in a viral online video.
