After the highly publicized beef between socialite Efia Odo and rapper Sista Afia, entertainment pundit and event organizer Whitney Boakye-Mensah offered some heartfelt advise to Efia Odo.

Efia Odo appeared on the latest edition of United Showbiz on July 27, 2024, where she apologized for her comments against the rapper and declared that she was done with the feud.

Directing her advice to Efia Odo, Whitney Boakye-Mensah encouraged her to move past negative stereotypes and focus on personal growth and professional achievements.

Whitney commended Efia Odo for her recent efforts to concentrate on her business and work, recognizing her determination to break free from negative perceptions.

"I have noticed that you have matured. Lately, you’ve been focusing on your business and work, trying to break from that perception. It is good," she said on the show hosted by MzGee.

However, Whitney also emphasized that engaging in public disputes only reinforces these stereotypes.

She advised Efia Odo to avoid unnecessary conflicts and not let anyone drag her down with her past.

"I feel that the back and forth you were having with her was reinforcing the stereotypes people have about you two. It was unnecessary to reply to her and go on that stupid tangent," she added.

Whitney urged Efia Odo to stay focused on her goals and not let her efforts go to waste. She stated, "We should not let the struggle we go through be in vain. Don’t let anyone drag you down with your past. You have struggled to get to the position you are in now."
