Ghanaian actress and producer Kafui Danku has strongly denied rumours that she is involved in pimping activities.

In an interview with Doreen Avio, Danku expressed her shock at the allegations, stating that she often hears surprising and untrue things about herself.

“I have never heard this before. Oh, how, Doreen, you know me. I have never heard this, honestly. I wouldn’t be too surprised if it was a Kokonsa group. There have been so many things I have heard about myself that surprise me,” she said.

"I want to believe this is one of those pull-her-down talks or just something to put dirt on her talks and all that but I have never heard that before.

Danku described the rumours as part of the "pull her down" syndrome, referencing a previous false article that claimed she had jilted someone.

“At a point, someone sent me a screenshot of an article saying that I was once married to a doctor in Atlanta and I jilted him and ran to Ghana. At that time, I had never been to Atlanta," she added.

Kafui Danku is well-known for her roles in Ghanaian movies and her advocacy for women’s rights and empowerment.

She is currently working on her latest project and is on set with popular actors James Gardiner, Salma Mumin, Fordjour, and others for her upcoming movie "Fear Women," which she says will be released soon.
