Live fm presenter, Sammy Forson is saying Charterhouse should have “split up” awards presented at 2016 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) among nominees as it is done during the BET Awards & BET Hip Hop Awards.

He sought to say everyone derseved a win at the Saturday night award ceremony and as such organisers should have shared the awards among nominees irrespective of the public voting.

Sammy’s suggestion was however in defence of Pappy Kojo who many people are mocking for not picking up an award at the 2016 VGMAs.

Pappy’s Ay3 Late hit song featuring Sarkodie got him nominations in Hip Hop Song of the Year, Best Collaboration of the Year and Best Rapper of the Year categories but he won none.

According to Sammy Forson, Pappy Kojo should have won “something.”

“The VGMAs can’t acknowledge everyone so it must be split up just like BET Awards & BET Hiphop Awards.. Pappy Kojo should have won something,” he said on Twitter on Sunday.
