VIDEO: Obour celebrates 2 years in office as MUSIGA President

Musician Obour, real name Bice Osei Kuffour clocked two years as President of the Musicians’ Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) in September.

The current administration led by Obour has chalked many successes with just two years in office as they are “Still pursuing the Rebranding Agenda, Creating Wealth for musicians” with their AJUMAPA vision.

“Despite the numerous challenges, MUSIGA has made some progress on all fronts”, said the President in his speech at the press briefing organised by the Union to interact with media persons, stakeholders in the Creative Arts Industry, KPMG and other players in the industry.

The President also spoke about the steady progress they have made in areas such as Membership, Peace campaign, Research, International Assignments, Ghana Music Week, Training, AJUMAPA loans, Pension Scheme, Regional Report, Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Creative Arts Council, MUSIGA Academy, Finance, Challenges and the Way forward.
