Togbe Fiti the fifth, Paramount Chief of Aflao Traditional Area will launch the festival that would be attended by prominent chiefs from the region to discuss cultural and socio-economic development issues. Togbe S.K. Fugah, Chairman of the Voltarian Co-ordinating Council (VCC) disclosed this to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Kumasi on Wednesday.
