Be sure to have your ribs ripped out whenever comic actor Akrobeto under any circumstance is given a platform on screen or radio to speak the Queen’s language.

On the back of the surge in armed robbery attacks recorded over the week, the Kumawood actor on an episode of UTV’s #TheRealNews took his turn to recapitulate the development in a hilarious style which takes the seriousness of his news headlines to a whole new level.

At least 10 armed men on Tuesday, February 27 stormed a motorcycle dealer shop at the North Industrial Area in Accra amidst firing of gunshots and managed to escape with unspecified amount by switching vehicles.

The robbers trailed a bullion van that had entered the Industrial Area premises of the company to collect the company's sales made the previous day.

Barely 24 hours after the Rambo-style attack, another robbery incident was recorded in the Tema Metroplolis which resulted in the death of a 52-year-old Lebanese.

Ahmed Safiadeen who was shot dead by the armed men was robbed of a total amount of GHC 200,000.00 he had withdrawn from a bank around the Heavy Industrial area in Tema meant for salaries of workers and other factory expenses of the company.

Meanwhile, the Police in a statement Tuesday assured Ghanaians they have intensified patrols in areas identified as robbery prone in the country.

It also announced that two people have been arrested by the Police in connection with Tuesday’s robbery in Accra. According to the Police, the two are assisting in investigations that could lead to more arrest.

Akrobeto boldly dressed as a newscaster fumbled and wrestled with the grammar as he delivers the news.

The hilarious public figure seemed confident as though he was reporting on an international standard unperturbed with his pronunciations and punctuations taking a ‘nose’ dive.
