Watch Koreans dance to Okyeame Kwame’s performance at Hansik Contest

The excitement during the South Korean Cuisine Cooking Contest at the LE Must Restaurant (Accra Mall Food Court) was immeasurable while witnessing a performance from Ghana’s rap artiste, Okyeame Kwame.

Touched by the simple yet captivating performance, some fans, including expatriates joined the rapper and exhibited wild dance moves with others cheering them on.

From ‘Faithful’ to ‘Small Small’, Okyeame Kwame entertained the audience and interacted with them afterwards.

The event organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ghana on Saturday was to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the East Asian country’s diplomatic relations with Ghana.

Fourteen people took part in the cooking contest and were scored by observers who tasted the meals.

Grace Ezi, winner of the contest walked home with $500 cash prize while the first runner up, Sara Amankwah, received $300. Stanley Agbofa was also given $200 for placing third.

The event was hosted by actress, Ama K. Abebrese and was graced by the Korea Ambassador to Ghana, Sung-su Kim.
