The father of late songstress Ebony Reigns, Nana Opoku Kwarteng, has stressed that no artiste can replace his daughter not even Bullet’s new artiste Wendy Shay.

According to Ebony’s father, Wendy Shay will be very great and so far she is doing well but his daughter is unique.

He made this known in an interview with TV3’s News 360.

“Ohemaa is unique. She is in her own world and class. No one can replace her. Maybe.. Wendy Shay could be greater…” he said.

Mr Opoku Kwarteng added that Wendy Shay’s choice of management is hers to make and he has no comment on that.

He however said he knows she is talented and will be great. Wendy Shay has currently won a lot of hearts in Ghana after releasing two hit songs titled 'Uber driver' and 'Bedroom Commando'.

Wendy Shay was signed by RuffTown Records owned by Ebony’s former manager, Bullet. YEN.com.gh had earlier reported the frosty relationship between Bullet and Ebony’s father.

The two have rained insults at each other after Ebony’s father granted an interview stating that Bullet only gave him GHC 2,000 from her daughter’s concert.

According to Ebony’s father, Bullet pocketed over GHC 18,000 from that concert.
