Over the years, there have been reports about female acts in the Ghanaian showbiz industry not willing to come together to form a strong force to battle it out with their male contenders in the industry.

After the death of Dancehall sensation Ebony Reigns, many thought that her death could at least bring them all together but it seems that might not work anything soon as another musician has shared her experience of what happened when she tried to reach out to another female act.

Highlife singer eShun has disclosed how she got ignored by the newest hottest female act Wendy Shay when she tried to reach out to her.

In an interview with e.TV, eShun revealed that she met with Wendy Shay after her post on social media which sort to label the RuffTown signed act as talentless and when she tried talking to her she ignored her and even DM her which till date she has not responded.

“I tried reaching out to you, Wendy Shay, and you didn’t say anything. I don’t know whether it was Bullet who told you not to speak to me. I sent her a DM [Direct Message], so let’s just assume she hasn’t seen it,”

Host Foster Romanus asked if aside sending her message on her DM she has tried doing more to grab her attention to which she replied.

“I actually wrote a whole essay about it on my timeline on Instagram explaining what I actually said or what I meant and I tagged her and everybody kept tagging her so I’m sure she has really seen it,”.

Speaking on her labeling Wendy Shay as talentless, the songstress stated that she never said anything like that.

“No, I never said that. I think she’s beautiful and when they asked me, these were my exact words, ‘I think Wendy Shay is very talented, with the help of a coach, she’ll be even better’

“Wendy, you’re talented when you get a coach you will be even better, even me who has gone through ‘Mentor’, ‘Project Fame’, if I get a coach today, I’ll grab him or her and be better,” she stated.
